Zoom Discussions

One positive result of Covid-19 is becoming familiar with Zoom. Now it is possible to have Living on Earth as if We Want to Stay discussions anywhere in the English speaking world, given compatible Time Zones.

It came about because a class I was scheduled to talk with in March, 2020 was cancelled due to Covid-19. I am grateful that Professor Tommy Wingreen, took the time to teach me how Zoom worked and had me talk with his class in the Fall.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. Almost as good as being there and no need to drive!

Now we have done several events, have several more planned and look forward to doing more.
